CONVERSATIONS.

Talking about sex is hard. Blame it on the shame. Blame it on the trauma. Blame it on the stigma. No matter the cause, the better we get at talking about sex, the better we get at having it. In that spirit, I talk about sex everyday.

Shame dies in the light.

Shame grows in the dark. Simply talking about sex, eroticism, and your desires will change your world.*

*There is a giant caveat to this truth.

We all must find safe spaces to have conversations and expressions of our sexuality. Stigma is real. Ignorance is real. Discrimination is real. I’ve gotten too many calls over the years from clients who’d been needlessly and wrongly shamed by therapists, family, clergy, and other counselors who made things worse under the guise of “trying to help.”

My job is to create safe spaces for the conversations about our erotic lives. In a therapy session. In a retreat. In a workshop. In a research study. This is a sex positive space for all of us to find out who we are and live that truth with consent, respect, and pleasure.

  • You can catch me on as a podcast guest. You can also join me at seminars where I’m a lecturer and panelist.

  • I have the good fortune to talk about sex on the regular with Andrea Devon Bertoli, MA. You can find some of our chats here.

Disclosure: Andrea and I are partners. If you choose to support her work monetarily I will likely receive indirect benefit.

If you’re interested in having me as a guest, a participant, or a speaker please reach out.
